Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders!

Please note: The delivery timeframe is an estimate and commences from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays caused by the courier or high seasonal volumes can happen.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to easily follow your package's journey directly to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you receive your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can make it right. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos if possible, to help us process your replacement quickly.
